Scope of service. 13 Monkeys provides closed-beta testing of Android applications using a panel of 12 verified human testers running real Android devices. We enroll your app into Google Play's official closed-testing track, coordinate the 14-day testing period required for production access, and deliver a written bug report covering crashes, UX issues, permission flows, and device-specific behavior across supported Android versions (typically Android 9 through 14).
What we are responsible for. We are responsible for: (a) recruiting and managing the 12-tester panel; (b) configuring your closed-testing track in Google Play Console under guidance you provide or, in the VIP tier, on your behalf using credentials you authorize; (c) delivering the bug report within 14 days of beta start; (d) for VIP, preparing store listing assets, an onboarding video, and a written marketing strategy document. The money-back guarantee applies when, despite a correct technical build supplied by you, your closed-testing run does not meet Google Play's 14-day eligibility window through our fault.
What we are not responsible for. We do not write, fix, refactor, or sign your application code. We do not guarantee Google Play approval where rejection is caused by policy violations, restricted content, missing developer account verification, IP/copyright issues, malware/SDK violations, or other factors outside the closed-testing process.
